About the event

A second cooking class has been added! Just 14 guests will join the Empress of Cheese and renowned Chef Charles Vollmar for an unforgettable fall Harvest evening in the kitchen and on the terrace overlooking the Parroquia. Together we’ll prepare a classic French menu—Winter Squash and Pear Soup, Baked Goat Cheese with Fines Herbes, Poulet ‘Gaston Gerard’, Mashed Roots, Haricots Verts and Chocolate-Olive Oil Mousse with Raspberries and Soft Cream. We'll also indulge in my signature fall cheese board. A one-night-only celebration of French flavors and autumn’s bounty in San Miguel.
