A special cheese class on Monday afternoon, March 24 is one you won't want to miss! We'll be diving into a selection of local artisan cheeses, including a bold peppercorn cheddar, a bright and citrusy lemon feta, and a luscious, creamy Valencay. But that's just the beginning—this class is a celebration of all things Italian! Alongside our cheese tasting, we'll indulge in some of my favorite Italian appetizers, like crispy artichoke fritters and delicate fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella. And to top it all off, we'll end on a sweet note with a decadent Italian pistachio cake paired with stracciatella di bufala ice cream.
