La Dolce Vita: An Afternoon of Italian Cheese & Culture

This is a special cheese class you won't want to miss. We'll be diving into a selection of Tuscan cheeses I recently brought back from Italy. But that's just the beginning—this class is a celebration of all things Italian, including cheese tales about the female cheese makers. We'll also try local Italian style cheeses and we'll indulge in some of my favorite Italian appetizers, like crispy artichoke fritters and caponata. And to top it all off, we'll end on a sweet note with a decadent Italian cake paired with locally made stracciatella di bufala ice cream.
