About the event

An intimate European inspired event for cheese enthusiasts who want to learn more about artisan cheese made here in Mexico and in Europe. We’ll talk about the history of cheese, create a French style cheese board with a dozen cheeses, sample each of them and teach you how to taste the difference between commercial and artisan cheeses and how to pair them confidently with wines. You’ll come away with an appreciation for the various types, styles and flavors of artisan cheeses and the confidence to pair them and serve them beautifully at your next gathering. The ticket includes the class, the cheese, beverages and appetizers.
